We encourage hosts to arrive 15-20 minutes before their event, to give our staff time to check in and review party details.
Yes! You may bring a professionally baked cake, or cupcakes in store packaging with the original food label. Please be ready to provide guests with food safety information as requested. We do not allow homemade cakes or ice cream. We do not provide onsite refrigeration storage or cake-cutting services – be sure to bring utensils to serve your cake. Party hosts must be present for cake deliveries completed by professional bakeries. We do allow candles and have lighters available upon request.
Other outside food and drinks are not allowed past the entrance. If you or someone in your group has food sensitivities or allergies, please email us at eventsinfo@goscramble.com so we can accommodate you and your guests. We offer a full menu of meals, snacks, and drinks at the Scramble Cafe.
No. Outside entertainers, animals, and professional photographers are strictly prohibited.
Mylar balloons are welcome! For everyone's safety, Scramble does not allow latex balloons, confetti, glitter, or face paint. If you have other questions regarding party decorations, email us at eventsinfo@goscramble.com.
All ages are welcome at Scramble. To comply with safety standards, certain attractions are separated by age and size. In particular, our infant area is exclusively for babies under 12 months.
All adults 18 and older must sign a waiver online or upon entry. Guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
For safety, parties are play first / eat later. After your guests have left the play area for the food portion of your event, they will need to pay a new entry fee to re-enter the facility.
Children under the age of 18 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision. Supervising adults must remain within Scramble while their children are there.
The table party package provides up to 1.5 hours of play time with a reserved table for 2 hours. The room party package offers up to 1.75 hours of play time with a dedicated party room for 2.5 hours. We may enforce these time limits on on busy days or for other operational reasons.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to teachers, first responders, and military personnel on all pre-ordered foods from our Event Menu. Email eventsinfo@goscramble.com for more information.
If you don't need a reserved party room or table for your event, you should check out our discounted Group Pricing options. They can save you some money!
Our spaces fill up quickly on weekends and holidays! We also tend to get waves of people around and after lunchtime, and whenever there’s inclement weather.
Our table party package is for 10 children, but we can accommodate up to 20. Our standard room party package is for 15 children. The party rooms at Falls Church have a maximum capacity of 60 people; please remember that we require a maximum ratio of one adult for every ten children age 5 and older, and one adult for every five children, 4 and under. If you would like to increase the amount of children you add to your party package you may do so by purchasing a party package boost (pricing varies per package) or individually by adding child party packages for the cost of $35 each.
There are many places to park at our Falls Church location. Please respect all parking signs posted by local businesses in our area; towing is enforced.
All Scramble locations are ADA accessible, and we can make further accommodations on a case by case basis. We also provide opportunities to open early for those who need additional time in our environment. Email scrambleinfo@goscramble.com for more information.
Yes! Scramble offers a full menu of meals, snacks, and beverages at our on-site cafe. Most items are made fresh for each order, and we have a changing range of seasonal options for the whole family.
No outside food or drink is allowed inside Scramble except by prior arrangement, such as food necessary for a medical reason. Email scrambleinfo@goscramble.com for more information.
No. To keep this sensory area appropriate for infants, flash photography is strictly prohibited.
Yes, socks must be worn to play at Scramble. No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play areas.
We do not offer locker storage, so we suggest leaving your high-priced valuables at home. We do offer unsecured cubbies for shoes and other bulky outdoor clothing.
Your paid entry is for 2 hours inside our facility. We may enforce this on busy days or for other operational reasons.
If you need to grab something from your car or step outside to take care of something quickly, you’re welcome to leave and return without paying twice. We suggest letting the front desk know before you exit. If you're gone past 10 minutes, you will have to repay the entrance fee. Please remember that another adult will need to remain in Scramble to supervise your children.
Yes! You can buy a Scramble gift card and use it any Scramble location. Just visit our Gift Cards page, or purchase a physical gift card at any Scramble location – our staff will help you at the register.
