No Fuss, “book and show up to celebrate” party. Play, food & water, plus quality book party favor for each child. Book this package and Scramble will email you all of the details so you can just show up on the day of your party. When you arrive at your party, we’ll do our best to accommodate anything not previously discussed.

Bigger party with more children and adults, private reserved room, deluxe party food package, ability to pre-order from our party platter menu. Play, food & water, plus a quality book party favor for each child.
- Your own private party room, includes 15 children (including the Birthday child)
- Reserved party room for 2 1/2 hours, with 1 hour and 45 minutes of play in Scramble (use the additional half hour for setup or extra play - your choice!!).
- Add additional children for $20 each up to the maximum party size of each location (count includes birthday child, invited children, and accompanying adults).

What Is Your Mask Policy?
Can I Bring My Own Food To A Birthday Party?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed past entry, however birthday party hosts may bring in a professionally made birthday cake and/or cupcakes. If you or anyone in your party has food sensitivities or allergies, please reach out to us at events@goscramble.com (Alexandria) or eventsfc@goscramble.com (Falls Church) so that we can accommodate you and your guests.
We are able to offer a variety of options from our Scramble Café and Deluxe Party Hosts may pre-order from our Deluxe Party Menu.

When Do We Start Planning?
The Birthday Bash Party Package – with this event there is no pre-planning, you just book
and show up!
The Deluxe Party Package – Ten days before your party Scramble will be reaching out to
you via email for party details. Please complete the google form that will be linked in this
email by the date requested. Phone communication is also available the week leading up to
your party.

When Should I Have My Guests RSVP?
Please finalize your Deluxe Party Package guest count by the date specified within the google form. Typically this is 3-5 days before your party. If there is RSVP uncertainty party hosts may add child packages on the day of the party for up to 5 additional children.
Birthday Bash Party Packages include a maximum of 10 children, including the birthday child, and a maximum of 10 accompanying adults. The maximum guest count for this package is 20.
All outstanding invoices must be paid prior to arrival.
Will Party Service Be Provided?
You have access to a Day-of shared party team member who is available to assist with any questions you may have. Ultimately all staff is ready and available if needed.
Am I Allowed To Bring My Own Birthday Cake?
Yes!! With every party package booking you may bring a professionally baked cake and/or cupcakes, please be able to provide your guests with food safety information as provided. Other alternatives that we have seen brought in for guests include donuts and candy bar cakes. We DO NOT allow homemade cakes or ice cream and DO NOT provide refrigeration storage of cakes or cake-cutting services.
Outside Entertainment Allowed?
Outside entertainers or professional photographers are strictly prohibited and will not be granted access to our facility.
What Decorations Can I Bring?
We love to see how the party hosts decorate our party spaces! We suggest easy decor to not impede on your party time.
-Scramble does not accept deliveries of decorations or cake/cupcakes. Party Hosts must be present at time of delivery. We do not provide refrigeration storage.
-Deluxe Party Hosts are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the party start to complete the party check-in list and will be led to their party room when available.
-No piñatas, face-paint, bubbles, confetti, or glitter products allowed as either decorations or party favors.-No latex balloons are permitted past entry. All mylar balloons are to remain in the party rooms and must be attached to a balloon weight for the entirety of your party.
-No balloon arches, structures, tents are permitted in the party room.
-Items can be hung on the wall, but please use a low-adhesive tape
-Music cannot be played inside Scramble.
Are Balloons Allowed?
We only accept mylar balloons. Latex balloons are strictly prohibited, posing a choking hazard for our younger guests visiting us. All mylar balloons are to remain in the party rooms and must be attached to a balloon weight for the entirety of your party. There will be a $20 recovery fee for each balloon that is taken out of the room and released inside Scramble. We thank you for your understanding in maintaining a safe environment for all our guests.
